Due to the complexity of the company's procurement business, the construction of a digital procurement platform faces numerous challenges. In actual business, the scope of contract subjects, factories, procurement organizations, etc. involved is extensive, and the adjustment of differentiated needs is significant. In the early stage of the project, the procurement center, together with Wuling Industrial Finance Department, Audit and Legal Department, and Chehe Interconnect, conducted meticulous research to ensure that the business blueprint was drawn comprehensively and accurately, laying a solid foundation for subsequent system development.

In the evaluation process, facing the complex branches of the procurement process, the procurement center examines the rationality and efficiency of each process node one by one, marks each pain point and bottleneck, and proposes optimization suggestions. After multiple rounds of discussions and polishing, we have finally finalized a business blueprint process that is both practical and forward-looking, providing guidance for system development.

The collection of basic data is equally challenging. Faced with massive initial data from suppliers, basic information on vehicle models, etc., the procurement center project administrator formulates a rigorous data collection plan, clarifies responsibilities, and verifies data accuracy. Accumulatively entering tens of thousands of valid supplier opening data, vehicle basic information, and material data, providing strong data support for the platform.

      Currently, the PDS procurement digital platform has been successfully built and launched, which has significant advantages in optimizing procurement business processes, digital management, cost control, compliance improvement, and supplier management. On the one hand, achieving full process digital migration, with complete and accurate data, transparent processes, and effectively reducing the risk of errors and omissions; On the other hand, creating a digital business portal with full process control, visibility, intelligence, and automation from supplier management to procurement execution.
