Formally entering the supply system of SAIC Maxus
After actively communicating and understanding the requirements of SAIC Maxus for a certain MPV model rear axle project in the early stage, the project team collaborated with the Shandong branch to quickly respond to customer needs and actively cooperate with customers to improve structural solutions, reduce costs and optimize work. After more than a year of continuous communication, we received the designated development notice for SAIC Maxus project in July this year.
In less than three months, the technical center has been pushing forward step by step under the pressure of "tight time, heavy tasks, and high requirements" for new products, new customers, and more than 50% of bench tests that have not been touched before.
To ensure the smooth delivery of the samples, the technical center has revised the design scheme for version 6 and organized reviews for more than 10 times. By comparing benchmark samples and testing data on the upper stage, the actual values of relevant parameters have been obtained in advance to verify the compliance and feasibility of the design scheme. The center has proactively proposed to customers to improve the indicator values, effectively enhancing the performance of the client's products.
At present, the plate spring bridge and coil spring bridge have completed the basic bench test, which has increased the fatigue life by 48% and the stiffness by 17% compared to the benchmark product. The fatigue performance has exceeded the national standard requirements, and the strength and stiffness have been greatly improved. The customer has successfully completed the sample assembly and highly recognized the product.
