Recently, the cross disciplinary product TV back shell component has officially entered mass production!

       It is reported that the TV back shell component product is being mass-produced on the 2800T and 3300T large tonnage injection molding machine production lines of the Shandong branch. This device has a powerful power system and precise control system, which can improve the production efficiency and product quality of the rear shell components in a short period of time. At present, the injection molding production line produces four types of rear shell component products. Through cross disciplinary cooperation, the equipment utilization rate has been increased by 35%, and about 2200 pieces are produced offline every day.

       Due to significant differences in manufacturing processes between the TV back cover component and previous automotive parts products, the Shandong branch encountered multiple challenges during the debugging process of the new project. The number of gates and hot runner groups required for producing new project products is higher than that of producing automotive parts products in the past, and the debugging process is more complex. Through continuous exploration and research, the project team has successfully completed a series of process adjustments such as programming, point-to-point, debugging, and robotic arm automation grabbing before the node, ensuring that all indicators meet customer needs.

       This cooperation has achieved cross industry resource sharing between the automotive parts field and the home appliance field, promoting the deep integration of the industrial chain between the Shandong branch and home appliance enterprises. Through complementary advantages, it further optimizes resource allocation and accelerates industrial upgrading.
