congratulate! The first six axis lightweight robot developed by Wuling Industrial Shandong Branch has been successfully developed!

Recently, Wuling Industrial Shandong Branch successfully completed the production of its first independently developed and integrated six axis robot. The self-made robot is equipped with a six axis joint universal robot system, and its robot frame, transmission mechanism, servo motor, wiring harness, etc. all use domestic accessories, which are independently integrated by the Shandong branch.

      The self-made robot has a load of 20kg, an activity radius of 1650mm, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.2mm. It has the characteristics of precision, flexibility, and intelligence, and can be freely programmed to complete fully automated work. It is suitable for various application scenarios such as handling, assembly, and palletizing. At present, homemade robots are installed in the Chassis Creativity Workshop as teaching equipment for practical exercises of lightweight robots, stimulating employees' interest in learning and exploration.

      In order to find domestically produced high-quality motors that are compatible and compatible with the control system, members of the Intelligent Equipment Department team verified three different brands and specifications of motors before finally determining the selection. However, the installation space for the fifth and sixth axis motors is very limited. In order to ensure smooth operation of the motors, the mechanical design team and the electrical team jointly discussed and allocated installation positions reasonably. The maintenance team processed and produced parts, cooperated in assembly, and all departments worked together to ultimately achieve the successful self production of the first robot.
