The idle comparator equipment in Liudong has been relocated to the semi coaxial bridge production line in Tanxi workshop, fully utilizing existing equipment assets and improving production efficiency to meet production demand. The comparator equipment is mainly used in the assembly workshop production line of the chassis division to measure the depth of the reducer housing during the assembly and selection process of the reducer assembly, providing accurate and reliable data for the selection system. The depth measurement of the reducer housing is the first process of the production line, and the rhythm of the first process has a significant impact on the overall production rhythm of the line. Before the relocation and renovation, the semi coaxial bridge production line only had one comparator equipment with a running cycle time of about 170 seconds; After relocating and adding a new comparator equipment, the measurement cycle time increased by 90%, and the overall cycle time of the production line increased by 20-30%. The measurement accuracy of the comparator equipment is in the micrometer level. In order to ensure that the relocation of the equipment will not affect the measurement accuracy of the equipment, the Chassis Division and Wuling Technology have developed a precise relocation plan and emergency response plan to jointly promote the smooth progress of the relocation work. During the entire equipment relocation process, the Chassis Division organized personnel to make careful arrangements for the relocation work, understand the relocation precautions in advance, arrange specialized engineers to guide the entire process, provide complete technical solutions, and avoid equipment damage caused by improper operations during disassembly, relocation, and installation. After the relocation was completed, the instrument module was debugged and tested to ensure that its measurement accuracy was not affected; Wuling Technology organizes and coordinates the compatible writing of equipment PLC control programs, as well as the monitoring and collection of equipment measurement data, to ensure that the equipment can operate normally after relocation and compatibility with new products, and can extract equipment measurement data. The semi coaxial bridge production line renovation has achieved the expected goal of "no data loss, no impact on accuracy, and no system failure" during the equipment relocation process. Without relying on the full participation of manufacturers, engineers independently completed the precision equipment relocation work, effectively reducing equipment relocation costs and achieving technological breakthroughs. |
